Think twice before renting from here!! Doesn’t give anyone a second chance, my rental application was denied from what I was told past rental history, remind you I have been at my current address for 5 years never missed a rent payment.so how can you overlook this history that current to go based on history that’s not current, everyone makes mistakes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We've been waiting on repairs for months. John cannon is representing the homeowner as an attorney, is also our new landlord , & at the same time the County President. He threatened to file for eviction for failure to pay when rent had already been paid. Refused to repair mold in home, had to take homeowner to court even while Cannon was property manager. Professional environmental consultant tested over 700,000 mold spores per meter cubed. Failed to give 24 hours notice before entering property. Entered home without our permission. The list goes on. Both Cannon Management and homeowner refuse to comply with disability accommodation requests. Overall the worst management company I've ever dealt with. Still waiting on repairs.

Avoid. If you do rent through them make sure you take pictures of before and after because they charge you for ridiculous things. They even charged us because they had to buy paper towels. They are cheap.

I’ve known John Cannon for 40 years. I have always respected him and know he is a man of high integrity.
