Cannery Row Apartments

The gal that showed us around was nice, but these apartments are pretty sad. Very dark, carpet is so thin. We were not impressed by the vibes at all.

Even if you've been a great tenant, always in good standing, management keeps raising the rent far above normal each year. Now the rent on a renewal lease is even higher than the cost of a brand-new refurbished unit. Completely unfair treatment of a loyal tenant. This feels unfair and exploitative. Instead of valuing long-term tenants, management (with staff that changes often) seems more interested in squeezing every possible dollar out of those who have already shown loyalty. It’s discouraging to see that new tenants are being offered better deals than existing ones. Would not recommend renting here unless you’re prepared for steep, unreasonable increases year after year.

I just moved into Cannery Row. It is a beautiful home. My kids and I have honestly wished and dreamed of being in a nice home like this for years. As a single mom, that wasn't an option. But now that my kids are young adults, it is. Lyndie is so nice and she was very welcoming. She reassured us on move in day that anything not working would be fixed and it was for our back door. The building feels safe. Where we just moved from was not safe. And that means a lot to us to feel safe. I have heard about the increases in rent being a lot but, I am a new tenant and haven't experienced that yet. It's so pretty and close to so many things! We hope to call this home for as long as we can. 😊

We’ve really enjoyed our time so far at Cannery Row. Amazing location that balances Old Town charm with access to amenities and entertainment a short drive or walk up the street. Management and staff are very friendly and quick to respond.

This apartment doesn’t care about their families. They raised rent on an old apartment that needs renovations when newly renovated units are renting for $250 cheaper than old units. If you want to be forced to move, because of exorbitant, regular rental increases that are not affordable for families or any one, this is your place! I feel they discriminate against families.
