Cannery Flats

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team is consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were taken care of quickly, and the staff go out of their way to make sure residents feel comfortable and heard. The amenities are a huge bonus—quiet, well-kept grounds, convenient parking, and common areas that are actually enjoyable to use. I also appreciate how safe and peaceful the property feels, especially in the evenings. Overall, it’s been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a place that’s managed well, feels like home, and offers great value for the price, I highly recommend this complex.

Posting this review for a number of reasons, After living here since late 2022. 1: The Location is great, the views are amazing and the Big glass window wall is something youll hate to leave but theres a number of reasons to do so. i had a south 2 bedroom unit with balcony and seeing hyalite and the american flag every day is pretty rad. 2: The property changed ownership once and management 2 more times in the span i was there. This was a disaster for a few reasons. Seemingly the current Managment company is OK except their in Boise so good luck getting ahold of anyone that can do anything. 3: The building walls are paper thin between units which is a bummer for the price ( which is absurd $$ btw but its Bozangeles now) 4: The parking as completely ridiculous, especially in the winter. I adore these apartments!! The modern touch is cozy, elegant, and perfectly aligns with my needs. This place is fully equipped, parking is great, wonderful storage for bikes etc pet friendly, and the location is spot on.

Living at The Cannery Flats has been an incredibly positive experience. With the help of the amazing management team, I found the perfect furnished corner unit that feels like home. Mazzy and Josie have been consistently kind, helpful, and attentive—I truly couldn’t ask for better points of contact. In the rare instances I’ve needed to call maintenance over the past two years, they’ve responded promptly, always within 24 hours (often much sooner). I feel genuinely lucky to call The Cannery my home.

Cannery Flats has been a wonderful place to live. Pet friendly, modern apartments with great amenities such as a rooftop lounge and dog bathing. I love living here and it’s been a great place to live the last few years!
