Candlewood

I’ve lived here for 5 years now. when I need something fixed Maitnence guys are quick to fix. Quiet most nights, weekends you may hear some music but nothing too wild. Lots of older people and families with kids. Def recommend.

The area is nice, the apartments are old they were built in 1981 I don't think the rent $ is actually fair being that the apartments are old but it's all about location so if we think that way is fair. Staff, and maintenance are great! I love the staff always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you! Especially Mr.Agustin ! I rate it 5 star because of the staff and how quickly they have serviced me in my transition of relocating to this area! Good area to live!

I recently applied here at this apartment & after spending $100 on just application fees, I get a decision today with an outrageous “deposit” amount when they state the amount is $300 & I have excellent rental history with no evictions or broken leases ever & I’ve been renting since I was 17 years old now being 38. Not impressed now after they tried us with this crazy mess. Clearly this is false information they provide & are trying to rip people off! I would now never look at this place ever again, I definitely rather pay a little more rent then deal with that type of service. They also charge on top of the application fees, administration fee so definitely better off going with a higher end apartment complex. I Guess reality is that “you get what you pay for.” FALSE ADVERTISING & OUT T

The only reason why you would consider renting from this place should be because homelessness is your ONLY other option. Candlewood is full of toxic loud people which tells you a lot about the qualifications you need to rent there (NONE). The place looks somewhat decent from the outside, but the inside of their units it's horrible. They have no security whatsoever, and the police is a frequent visitor because of the disturbances between neighbors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

I've been having trouble with maintenance and apartment issues for the whole two years I've lived here . Quiet community but the leasing office is never there or nobody answers calls . I don't recommend unless your looking for something that is in reliable or not 5 star rated !
