Customer Reviews
I've been living at Candlelight Apartments for almost a year, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. This is a quiet, safe community with a cozy, almost rural vibe, even though it’s super close to everything you need. My studio was in great shape, and the two times I needed maintenance, someone was sent right away. Laura, the administrator, is an absolute gem, even before I moved in. She’s been incredibly helpful, always checking in to see if everything’s okay or if I need anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend this place.
I’ve lived in Candleligjt for about 6 months now and I want to say that the property manager Laura has done an amazing job at reassuring and helping us tenants when need be ! She has made my first apartment experience less stressful and relieved I have picked this as my little home .
I've been living here for 5 months at this time. Decent enough apartment for the affordable price. With 40 year old buildings you can expect there to be some issues that will need attention. The property manager, Arin, has a great demeanor, is easy to speak with, and is also very helpful, and understanding. Definitely worth taking a look if you're in need of a new place.
I moved in candlelight app in July and office manager was very patient with me and she wonder person
I lived here for over a year, and I am just going to start off by listing all the cons. Cons: 1: I had a mold issue in the bathroom from a leaky pipe in the wall. This did get taken care of, but it took some time. 2. The bathroom in general is in pretty rough condition. There are parts of the floor that are caving in, and it seems like the toilet wax ring needs to be replaced because I can smell sewage. 3. I keep getting charged the rental insurance fee. This apartment complex makes you get rental insurance; you can either get your own or pay $20 through the apartments. I pay for my own rental insurance, and I showed proof of it numerous times, but I still get charged the $20 fee. I will call and get it removed just for it to show up a few months later. This is annoying to have to dea
