Adam was helpful and kind. I hope this will be our new home when we make the move to California.

This was my very first apartment and I can tell you I leave with the saddest heart. The manager, Adam, was AMAZING. Took care of things quickly and was always friendly and helping everyone out all around the complex on a daily basis. The apartments areso calm, everyone is so friendly and mostly keeps to themselves. My experience here was nothing short of absolutely fantastic and it saddens my roommate and I to be leaving the place that so quickly became a home to us. I’d recommend Canby Creek Apartments before any other place here in Redding!

Quaint, cottage-like apartments nestled off a buzy street. The owner and staff are very courteous and kind to the renters.
