Campus Vue Apartments

I lived at this apartment complex for 2 years, and there was always a problem. These are some of the problems I've had to deal with. The stairways constantly smelled like urine and were never cleaned properly. The door handles leading from the outside into the building were broken for months at a time, meaning anyone could just walk right in. The garage gate was broken almost every week or just didn’t work at all. On top of that, the elevator was broken nearly every week, leaving residents stuck taking the stairs even when carrying groceries or furniture. The pool was almost always dirty, and the parking garage was disgusting trash everywhere and just overall poor maintenance. The new management is a lot nicer and more attentive than the old management. The property manager is kind and cares about the residents experience, even going so far as to tour my apartment and put in maintenance requests for everything that has been ignored. The office workers are young and don’t often have all the answers, but they are helpful and point residents to the managers who can offer further assistance. Excited to see the changes the property will undergo.

I’ve had a good experience living at Campus Vue Apartments. The staff has been very kind, generous, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. They communicate well and make the community feel welcoming. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live, and I appreciate how supportive the management team is.

The new management has made changes to make the apartments safer and accommodating. Management is friendly, welcoming and quick to help with any concerns. Maintenance is amazing. Campus vue is definitely the best student housing I’ve stayed in.

As a resident at Campus Vue, I appreciate the effort the new management and staff are putting in. They’ve been professional, responsive, and attentive to residents’ concerns. Communication has been clear, and you can tell they’re working to maintain a positive and well-run community. Overall, it’s been a good experience.
