Management are such nice people and are easy to work with. The apartment couldn’t be in a better location for students going to ECU! Within walking distance to everything uptown as well. The units are always thoroughly cleaned before each tenant moves in and from what I understand, management is doing updates to apartment floors and bathrooms as they become available to do so. I recommend this place!

My son was visiting some friends that live there while he was in yown for his graduation. The room was very nice and it is right down the street from tge downtown area.
