Campbell Flats

Been here a month and so far I am loving it. The property is well kept and quiet. My 1.5 bedroom is very spacious with alot of storage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The valet trash service is a very nice, unexpected amenity. Zero complaints!

These guys are wonderful ❤️ Office crew and maintenance crew great! Office staff helped me even when I was still in Ca. Apartments are open, with enough room to breath. Whenever we have any issues maintenance wise, Joe and all maintenance crew, are on it right away. Living here brings me peace of mind.

A super nice and affordable place to live in Springfield, Jolynn helped me get all the necessary things set up in order to move in able to answer all of my questions. They have a nice office space that is welcoming! Maintenance is super friendly and when you need something done they are there speedy quick 10/10 recommend

This is a wonderful apartment to be renting, just big enough for my roommate and I. The staffing in the office are always kind and have such wonderful personalities when I make the trip to the office

The staff is wonderful, maintenance is quick and efficient! Faylin and Jolynn are amazing to deal with always offering a happy smile when you see them around or go into the office!
