Sellers Beware! Unprofessional Conduct and Inaccurate Appraisals! If your buyer is financing through Arvest bank (specifically in NE Oklahoma or if your property is in NE Oklahoma) beware of this appraiser (appraiser is located in Arkansas). If at all possible, ask for a different one. I will start with the unprofessional conduct. We live in NE Oklahoma and had our house up for sale in 2025. We had a buyer who was going through Arvest bank. We were on our way home from Branson on a Wednesday morning and out of the blue our agent calls at 10:00am and says the appraiser (Craig Campbell) wants to do your house at 11:00am, because he is in the area and is pushed for time. We had not even been given any heads up that the appraisal was even going to be taking place that week. We told our agent
