WHERE CAN YOU BUY A HOUSE before COVID or after for $750k 4900 SQF under AC?????? first SHE got the Sq Ft wrong, 4749 where ITS 4968 to 4977 LIVING under AC. then out of 6 comparison, 4 were over $300 per sq ft ($325-$365) one at $219 and one at $189 ...yet she valued ours at $159 per Sq Ft. WHAT!!! not even the low end of her own camparison... Custom Theater Room, 5 FULL brand new bathrooms, New SAUNA room, huge redone pool, 3 brand new AC units inside and outside, fully redone back yard (pavers) and landscaping. just small list just to be simple. ""35 + years of opration??? yeah ITS TIME to RETIRE""

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you want to avoid certain misery, avoid this Company at all costs. This appraiser's complete incompetence caused my closing to be delayed and my family extreme aggravation. The actual Appraisal was barely passable and took her nine days to complete. Not only that, when she showed up, she only seemed focused on trying to solicit business for her other business, an Assisted Living Facility. Do not be fooled by their website, they are totally unprofessional and have no business appraising Real Estate.
