Camp Hill Plaza Apartment Homes

We just moved in and had our first maintenance call. This was in the midst of the recent 12+ inches of snow. Kristina made the move-in process as painless as possible. So far, the community has been calm and welcoming. The walls are decidedly not paper-thin and we don't hear constant noise from other apartments. Lamont and Chris responded and fixed a couple very minor issues quickly. And the parking lots and sidewalks were cleared promptly. Looking forward to living here long term.

Tanishia is absolutely incredible in the Leasing office. She always has a bright smile and immediately services me with whatever I may need. So glad to have her around. Not to discredit Christina at all, who is also amazing to say the least! Just an absolutely astounding staff. Yall deserve praise and have definitely made my living space a lot more comfortable. I can't thank you enough for it.

Camp Hill Plaza is a perfect place to be apart of. My dog loves all the team members they have working in the office and their maintenance crew. I was lucky to have great neighbors, In a neighborhood that's is great as well.

The units that you advertised online versus what I toured was unacceptable. I do maintenance and it blows my mind that that’s how you would want someone to see the units in that condition and charge what you charge. I looked at 4 units today and every unit had such a poor paint job and patch work. Door hinges painted, breaker box painted, even the baseboard heater was painted. Staff was extremely friendly. Loved the energy from Kristina. I’m sorry I have to attach your name to a negative review. But you were the best part of the tour. And I want to make sure the people know that. Thank you!

I would give this apartment complex zero stars if I could. The rent is ridiculously overpriced for the at least fifty-year old apartment buildings. There was chipped paint and a busted heater in the building's hallway for months that was neglected. The property manager is rude, unhelpful, and shady. I couldn't pay March's rent on time and she took me to court, saying that if I paid March's rent by the court date that she would drop the hearing. I did exactly that and she didn't keep her word by going after June's rent in court, even though it didn't hit the payment deadline yet. My credit took a one hundred and one point strike because she did not follow her word and rubbed salt into the wound. She also talked in a very condescending manner, very unprofessional.
