Bridget and Evelyn were extraordinary. Very down to earth and they help me move in quick. I feel right at home with these 2 young woman's helping me out. I'm beyond bless I found this place.

Camila Apartments is an excellent place to live. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. In addition, Evelyn, Mary, and Bridget are very friendly and always willing to help. It's definitely a highly recommended option!

I just want say I have 4 years In this apartment complex and Bridgett and their team are the best manegment I have ever had . I never had any issues The apartments are big super clean NO roches always when I called mantainance they would come fix everything with time and if It wasnt beacuse I had personal issues that had to leave I would of kept renting them you will not regret living hear it is a quiet area next to everything and every year even tho management changes the atmosfere and profesionalty was exepctional I would recommend to everybody to rent and Bridgette is the best 💪🏻

This place we called our home for well over 20 years we rented in several buildings owned and rented in bld 13 (208) for 18 years ,it’s absolutely the best place around ! Tom and Bridgette are an outstanding management team along with the maintenance crew ,they are all top notch !!!,You are extremely lucky to have such a talented hard working team there at Camila , They took care of us and always treated us like family! This is an honest review from a long-time resident. Do not move here — you will not get the service you are paying for. They charge you for trash collection, but most of the time, the trash is not picked up. When I asked my neighbors why they don’t inform the office, they said, “We just don’t bother. We throw it out ourselves.” But I do report it every time the trash is not collected — and I have evidence. Once, when I asked the trash collector why he didn’t pick it up, he became aggressive and even threatened me. That is why I am posting this review publicly — so that if anything happens, the Osceola Police Department will have a record.
