Can you please control your poor people that you're stacking up down there? The residents who pay a lot of money to live in a clean community are sick of dealing with the trash down the hill, who consistently make their way up to the woods and steal whatever they can, throw their trash everywhere, and leave their dogs waste on our roads. Our constructing of a gate cannot come soon enough. Also worth mentioning half of your tenants park sideways up the hill and of course leave their garbage right outside their cars. Do better.

Dear future residents, It is very unfortunate I am writing this but don’t say I didn’t tell you. 😭 I moved into these apartments (16A) end of Oct of 2023. Setting: Moved into a “fully renovated” apartment, new appliances, new flooring, new siding, new drywall, etc. 3 months into my lease I started noticing mold growing on my floor boards as well as the constant dripping of wetness from all of my windows. I started having a sore throat, coughing, pressure behind my ears, constant headaches, itchy/watery eyes, brain fog, drowsiness and the longer I lived there these symptoms got worst; even started throwing up and chills. I felt miserable! Through the process I had done a lab result for toxic mold and it turns out I am allergic to toxic mold and I had high results. DISCLAIMER: Not everyone

Have lived here for about six months and have really enjoyed the neighborhood, the staff and the amenities both in summer and winter! Great natural light in my apartment and everything is clean and updated to my liking. I miss the property manager Marie a lot. She really got a lot done around the property and was always kind and helpful.

If you Don’t like peaceful living, This is the place for you. I lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom unit at Cameron Ridge, Both were not prepared to be moved into. The second unit suffered from terrible mold caused from prior flooding all through out the complex (there is no drainage in this complex) that I Continuously pointed out and they said they would take care of immediately. They did not and it spread On to our personal belongings . We had the mold tested because my newborn son was having endless health issues and it ended up being toxic mold. A lot of our belongings were thrown out and the stuff we kept is still being cleaned. Cameron Ridge has done everything to cover their tracks And make it seem like there’s no issue. Best place to live if you like living in a gated community. And by that I mean one of three exits/entrances has been blocked for 8+ months now by a gate because they haven’t fixed it. We also have gates and a crooked sign at another exit/entrance. Nothing says home like a project that still needs done. Thanks to the big storm in January for redecorating. If you also like having black mold grow on your window every winter. It’s like the black plague because the windows are original and condensation is abundant. #vintage If you like parking anywhere you want even at the expense of your car or someone else’s potentially getting damaged and or hit. Overall I think Cameron ridge has exactly what you’re looking for. 😂😂😂😂😂
