I lived for 6 years at Park Villas in Fort Worth and had a great experience there. Maintenance was always responsive, the office staff was kind, bilingual, and professional, and I always felt safe. Unfortunately, when my husband and I needed more space, they had no availability, which led us to move to this property after a recommendation from a family member who was already living here. From the beginning, there were serious safety concerns. Prior to my move, my family member experienced an attempted car theft inside the complex. The vehicle was severely damaged, and management took no responsibility, despite the property supposedly being gated and secure. I stopped by with my mom to start looking at options since my move-in date is still a few months away. We just wanted to get a feel for the community, and Autumn, the manager, was so helpful and genuinely delightful to talk with. She took the time to answer our questions and made us feel very welcome. The environment felt inviting and well cared for. I could definitely see myself moving here when my lease is up at the end of June.

When I needed an apartment quickly in a last minute move from Houston to Ft. Worth, there was Cameron Creek! And most notably Jovonne Thomas!! She worked diligently with me to get approval, and even did a video call tour of my unit! I was able to be ready for move-in within a week! Jovonne's help was invaluable while I was also juggling moving and movers from my old unit. I was super thankful and I have been living here for just over 1 month now and have zero complaints! Community is older, but clean and updated. Maintenance moves quickly as well. I recommend calling Jovonne today if you are planning a move to a quiet, nice, affordable community!

I was looking at a few different places in Fort Worth, and Jovonne Thomas at Cameron Creek was by far the most hospitable and accommodating! She responded to all of my emails quickly and was intentional about keeping me updated on my verifications for employment, previous rentals, ESA, etc. She took initiative to put in work orders for some things I mentioned upon move in before I was able to turn in the inventory sheet. While I'm still waiting on one issue to be resolved (sounds like specific people are needed), maintenance has been very quick to respond to the others. There are some obvious imperfections in the units as you would expect from an older property, however I still feel like it's a great unit, especially for the size and price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love living here. From day one, the experience has been great. Jovonne is always quick to respond and super helpful whenever I have questions or need anything. Maintenance is responsive and addresses issues promptly, which really makes a difference. My rent feels fair for what you get, and the amenities are always well-maintained and actually available to use—not just for show. The property is kept clean and feels well cared for, and there is always enough parking, which is a huge plus. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-managed place to live, and I’m genuinely happy to call it home. Highly recommend!
