Cameron Cove Apartments

I love living here. I've been here since 2018. I recently began using Amenify to help with some budget stuff. Really fantastic and is great value for money and I highly suggest people to look into. Lots of different services from handyman to cleaning to shopping. Really fab.

It’s cheaper than other apartments because there are no washer,dryer(in unit) dishwasher , microwave. if your neighbors raise their voice you will hear everything. Some buildings have better views. The bathroom is inside the bedroom so it’s not comfortable for some guests to go inside someone else’s bedroom to go to the bathroom. Good things are the staff ,the view and there is no water bill ,the hot water is included (so electricity bill is low)and lot of restaurants in the area

We lived here for close to 2 years and I have to say we enjoyed almost every moment of it. It's expensive for the size yes, but so is the rest of the rental market in south Florida. Cameron Cove is perfect for students or a single person to call home in a great and safe location. There isn't anything you can't find within a 2 mile radius, however, the way the property is laid out coming home is very quiet and set back from a very busy University Drive. The front of the apartments face many small lakes and a golf course. Everyone always commented on our view. The neighbors are nice and the girls in the office are always professional and friendly. The only thing I would have liked to be different was the laundry situation. Community laundry wasn't so bad however they use reloadable laundry

Used to live here about a year ago. Was really great for awhile! My view of the water was perfect. It started going downhill after parking was a hit or miss. If you came after 7:30 forget it! The bathroom drains moved slower than syrup from the move-in. Office never did anything out it. Not to mention NO HOT WATER! Also the next door neighbor sounded like they had a whole movie theater and had the audacity to complain to me about my vacuum being too loud. Plus the upstairs neighbor had a daily workout that sounded like it was going to end up in my living room at any second. Spiders were everywhere! It was crazy. I was afraid to jump in the car at night because they’ll take over. What really made me move was the mold found behind everything. I complained to the office and no one answers.

Currently living here now and waiting for my lease to end in May... just got off the phone with management and all mold and mildew issues are apparently my fault yet when i moved into the apartment there was already signs. I kindly sent a email to management seeing if there was a way my lease could end at a earlier time because i'm done with having all this issues and everything for flipped on me. Mind you for half of my time here I did not have hot water, large spiders so multiple extermination requests and much more. Jennifer and Flaco were very kind my whole time living her but the apartment itself was terrible and all the issues that came with it. update- they sent a company out for a microbial cleaning...the best part is the guy who did my unit had a great conversation with me about
