Camel's Back Apartments

Cute apartments in a great area with nearby hiking, shops, and restaurants.

I really recommend not living here if parklane management is still running this complex. Since they do 6 month leases they are nice and helpful for 6 months and then they treat you like scum after that. The location is great and that is it. The building is run down and if you are in a top floor unit your apartment will never cool down during the summer. I recently moved out of there to a new apartment that is actually ran by an awesome management company who actually cares about your living conditions and it is a breathe of fresh air. Highly recommend not living here.

Great apartments. Very quiet neighborhood, amazing location. Cindy is fantastic. They are great about maintenance and getting things taken care of. Parking is great and the people are wonderful. Definitely recommend! **The only negative comment would be the move-out process and deposit. I cleaned my apt weekly and left it cleaner than it was when I moved in, I didn't hardly get anything back. I wouldn't waste time trying to clean and make it perfect when you move out. They also did the walk through without me although we scheduled an appointment. Not sure why they would do that, but seemed shady. Keep that in mind, and whatever you do, do not put any holes in the walls or you will be charged excessively.

We lived here for several years. The location is nice but the management staff is poor. Complaints to Cindy were often never resolved as she never enforces the rules. Dogs are allowed to poop everywhere and the on leash rule is never enforced. Parking is limited and difficult to find at times (ie any Fri @ 10pm) unless you buy a covered space. They will also nickel and dime you when you move out. Do not expect your deposit back at all. I also recommend taking pictures when you move in as we paid for several "damages" that were existing. Cindy also lost our notice that we were moving out and attempted to charge us for additional days. Keep any correspondence you have with parklane!

It seems to be everything that Google Maps said " very nice Apartments to look at nice dog areas and just a little Hood after the sun goes down" but it's only my first night Rock on "feels like home !!!!"
