Camelot East Apartments

I’ve been here 2017-now 2/26/24. I honestly love this place. It’s very quiet and you get anywhere in Toledo within 20 minutes. The one bedroom is a decent size with solid walk in closet in the bedroom. The little dog park here is nice. People usually pick up poo. Since the new manager took over years ago she must’ve gotten on people for not picking up dog poop. Sandy the manager here is great. She’s been here since 2018 or 19. For the most part I’ve been a great tenant but for a year I wasn’t and sandy was extremely understanding. Maintenance has been timely the couple times I needed them. They’ve had the same head maintenance man since I’ve been here. My ac broke last summer and within a couple hours (maybe not even that) they had a new unit in the wall. Would give zero stars if I could. The landlord is awful, super disrespectful. She was never there, even during office hours. Landlord and maintenance man took pictures of us from their car to use against us. Charged us for a "dirty" toilet, stove, and range hood even though we cleaned. Also, they are not even remotely pet friendly! Do not live here!!!

I agree completely with Laura. This is quite possibly the worst apartment complex to live in in the Toledo area (I have lived in several). Maintenance? Non-existent. I lived there for 6 years, and I think I only had someone come and fix anything I asked for maybe twice, and that took weeks for a response! They also are very unfair in that they evicted my neighbors partially for having stuff in the halls...then allowed the new people to move in and completely fill the halls with crap. Move out inspection report is a complete joke! They claim I didn't pay pet deposits, which I'm staring at the old checks now. They claim I damaged flooring that was replaced last year....when it was never replaced and the damage done was from it being completely out-of-date. And I even said to the landlo

Been here over 18Years had trouble when first moved in but when new management took over been good ever since and they fixed my problems whatever they were within a couple of days👏👍
