Camelot East Apartments

Originally, I thought this place was great. But if you have ANY issues that require more than one call to fix you will need to nag and nag to get them done. Also the plumbing clearly has issues, the bathroom ceiling fell in (which took several calls to get covered up) and there was a leak that caused mold to occur. Then, when I asked for proof the leak had been taken care of after moving out of state, they refused. They are forcing me to pay an extra month for an uninhabitable place, at a higher "month to month rate" because I was unable to give two months, despite it being the end of the lease. Definitely dont rent here .. they will mess up ur credit and make it seem like u own all the money that shows in ur credit now ill have to go to a legal process to clear my credit score cause no way in hell im paying 5,0000 ...im fighting for my rights which i know i got!!! This people all they care about is money and easy money...shame shame. And seriously ppl dont rent to leave in this place. The whole time i was renting here every month my HVAC USE TO BREAK DOWN & I GOT PROVES OF THAT AND EVERYTHING ELSE!!

I freshly moved into this apartment complex recently with my little one, and I absolutely love it here! My apartment looks newly renovated with that beautiful modern gray wood look, it's a lot more peaceful and quiet than I expected because it seems to me that the sound is insulated really well on the interior! You hear things in the halls which is fine by me. I didn't realize just HOW MANY kids live in these apartments til me and my daughter joined the bus group! We love that: We're not alone. We have a 955 sq ft apt and it's SO SPACIOUS! Even the kitchen is roomy! I'm able to put my own mini shelf in there as a pantry. PLEASE DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! This was the worst living experience I could have ever imagined. In just a 1 year lease, I had my master bedroom closet completely flood I think 5 times (I legit lost count after 4). After the 3rd time, they finally did an investigation as to why this kept happening and they said there was a problem/leak in the foundation outside which caused water to come in my closet. I asked… so when is this going to get fixed? They said they’re not sure and that their BEST RECOMMENDATION was for my family and I to move across the hall and that the rent there was ONLY $10 more a month. (my rent was $1318.95 btw…). If I could rate them “0” stars, I would. please don’t waste your time living here — unless you don’t mind roach infested units, RUDE! & unprofessional property staff. All of their appliances are old & outdated, you will not receive any new carpet in your unit. Your bathroom WILL! flood all the time & they will take their time to get the issue resolved. The club house is renovated and bug free but tenants are expected to pay $1200 & more but are forced to live in MOLDY! roach infested units. Save your health & peace and find you a better place to live.
