Camelot Apartments

I’ve lived here six years. They are very well run apartments. Maintenance people are excellent. Office staff excellent. Fast, friendly and very efficient. They regularly have open house gatherings in the office area for all the residents with things like hamburgers, hotdogs etc. Any neighbors that I ever met were always friendly. It’s a nice place. I like it here a lot.

I lived at Camelot for approx. 5 years. Anytime an issue occurred, the employees at the complex were very quick to fix anything. I lived in several different units and all of them were great. Also, the neighborhood is very nice and a great place to walk or exercise. Crime is really low in the area which made it great for families and kids to play outside.

Camelot apartments are a small community apartments. This makes this a cozy friendly safe place to live. Working late nights I always feel safe getting to/from my apartment. The apartment complex has beautiful grounds with old trees that provide both beauty and shade to the complex. This complex is also very pet friendly. We have a small dog park to utilize off leash time.

So there’s a big issue with this apartment when it comes to the insulation of the apartment. You can tell it isn’t very well insulated because in my apartment I have it set at 68 and it feels like it 80 degrees. It’s humid and gross and I wake up sweating just about every morning and so does my significant other. The windows are very old that allow drafts in, which these should’ve been replaced a long time ago because they don’t contain a seal when closed which doesn’t keep ur cool air in and causing your electricity bill to be high. I’ve put out a maintenance order for it and the guy came and said everything is fine because the infrared thermometer gun is hitting the wall and it says 71 but he clearly isn’t educated in any of this type of field of work because those can’t read humidity le

The leasing staff is always professional and accommodating. Made the move-in process seamless. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Overall, it seems a safe, comfortable, and reliable place to call home. Best place I’ve been so far.
