Camelot Apartments

Coming from a current renter that's getting ready to leave within the next week literally DO NOT rent here, they look nice yes, but EVERYTHING is cheap and breaks even the appliances. Walls are super thin you can hear everything even your next door neighbors conversation! And if you're lucky enough like me you'll have an upstairs neighbor that no matter what you do, how politely you ask, will stomp through-out the SUPPOSED "quiet hours" they have. (10pm-8am) Mind you! The upstairs neighbor proceeds to taunt you by stomping and tapping the floor louder, SO They tell you, "call emergency maintenance" and then guess what?? YEHA they will do absolutely NOTHING about it at all. That along with my dishwasher leaking everytime it's used even after they replaced it with an entire new one, blinds b

I highly recommend Camelot! I really appreciate the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere here. Many residents have lived here over 20 years. The management here screens people well, so as to not allow criminals in. I really appreciate that. I think many surrounding apartments are not up to par with the safety, cleanliness and noise free environment of this complex. They have a standard side and a luxury side as well. So, they can accommodate a wide variety of people. I really LOVE the maintenance and house keeper here. They are so kind and very good at their jobs. Each floor has 2 washers and 2 dryers also, which is unique and convenient! So, if you're wondering about Camelot, it's really great. Also, right next door is Lydia's Strudel Shop, a MUST TRY. The apartments are ok but heavily priced. It may look fancy outside but interior, closet, blinds, etc are of substandard quality and can break/fall off easily. You may be asked to pay for that even though it may not be your fault. It’s very disappointing and frustrating. They charged us $470 to get the new side door in the bedroom which was of poor quality. We had to pay even though it was not our fault. They take huge money upfront as security deposit and last month rent even though I have good credit score. The lady receiving emergency maintenance call talks poorly. I won’t recommend this apartment. They also charge $769.93 from our deposit which was totally unreasonable. I feel they just stole about $1200 from me.

I definitely recommend Camelot apartments! We have been living here for two years and it has been such a great experience. From the BEAUTIFULLY remodeled units to the amazing staff it has been great. I cannot say one bad thing about this apartment as well as the management. Any time I had questions the management team was always able to step up and help me. Rent prices are very affordable and they do allow pets which is a great bonus! Area and location are a plus! Camelot deserves 5 stars!

This is a nice apartment complex. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Alex in the office is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady keeps the common areas, hallways and laundry rooms sparkling. They have a wonderful maintenance man who is very knowledgeable and does fast reliable repairs. Best decision ever to move here!
