Camden Station Apartment Homes

I’ve stayed in Camden Station for almost 2 years now. I do recommend staying here for people that have no other option because they could be good starter apartments. Roaches come with every apartment. There’s only 1 maintenance man for the whole complex. There’s No visitor parking inside and the front office tells you that they don’t know what to tell you about where visitors can park because there’s only 7-10 spots available for visitors. They have reserved parking but only certain residents were able to get them so everyone else is stuck fighting for a spot closest to their apartment. Most residents here are nice but don’t speak English and sometimes don’t speak back at all. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will have to sell it because as a adult living here you can ONLY HAVE 1 CAR HE

So many issues with this apartment since day one of moving in. A bunch of stray cats, cockroaches everywhere, fleas on the animals, nails sticking out of the floor boards that are tripping hazards, wood that is untreated and old rotting wood that can easily splinter into your feet, barefoot. All the buildings need a power washing and new roofing, the landscaping is non existent and best of all this comes at the low low LOW price of having to be able to make $35,000 just to be able to afford these LUXURY apartments. On top of the fact that someone stole parts of the AC units control system that is OUTSIDE of the apartment number. Then top off the fact that there is a $50 application fee on top of a $150 non refundable deposit. Oh and the newly renovated main office is so nice, I'm so glad I

This is a good starter apartment! I’ve been living here for about 2yrs now and it’s a quiet and well maintained property. Whenever I had any maintenance issues the manager Aime and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Other than a couple small repairs there hasn’t been any big problems. I definitely recommend!

Gloria And Sabina are awesome Management Staff!!! Whenever I need assistance with anything they are for sure quick to try and help. The apartments are quiet. Maintenance is here in a timely manner to help with any issuers I have. I’ve been here since January and I have no complaints. Also the neighborhood kids are respectful and manner-able!!! Living here would be a excellent option!!!

Apartments are nice, they’re basic but nice. I had my car broken into 2 times and parking is horrible. If you do not have a reserved spot you cannot come home any later than 8 because you will never find any parking. As a mom of two small kids this is a big concern for me, I’m having to walk on the other side of the complex because there’s never any parking. If you plan to have visitors you must notify the office for a parking pass otherwise they’ll get towed. Management is great though they are always willing to work with you regarding any issues. And love the dog park.
