If I could give no stars I would!!! This complex is a complete dump and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The office manager PD is very dishonest and underhanded. PD comes off as someone who is trying to help you as long as you allow her to be in your personal space and business. PD will then ask you to make a review on the property before you settle in to see the bigger picture. This property only looks good in the front entrance mainly by the office and pool areas. When you drive around the complex the pavement is bumpy, raggedy, pot holes and uneven. The offsite laundry area and exercise areas are DISGUSTING and do not reflect the brochure. They will give perceptive tenants a tour of the model apartment which is nowhere near what you'll get moving in as a section 8 voucher holder. The

I've hesitated making this review for quite some time now, but after being gone from this apartment complex going on 5 months now, it was very evident that their unresolved & neglected mold issue was the cause of my decline in health and medical issues. Unfortunately google will only allow so many words, so I'm gonna try and sum it up the best I can . I moved in July of 2024 and within 10 days, I immediately heard dripping water coming from the water heater and AC closet. Herby stopped by, "fixed it" and never followed up, even tho it looked like black mold build up and water stains from a prior ongoing issue. I trusted he knew what he was doing. My first mistake. Just received a notice from their collections agency. They are charging me $4,200. Did I light their shit on fire??? I was there less than 6 months due to losing my job. To which they were unwilling to work with me on that. I lost my job because my dad past away and I had no real ability to handle that grief. When I moved in the fridge was nasty, the water pressure is terrible and theres always a dog running loose. I have a young daughter it scares to have a free roaming dog around.

We lived at Cambury Hills Apartments for 2 years. My husband and I loved living here! We never had any complaints, and anytime anything needed attention the maintenance guys were on it! Also, Penny, the manager is amazing and does a superb job running the facilities. We were sad to move (husband job change) and would 100% live here again! Affordable and a safe neighborhood!

Amy is adorable doing her work,i had good vibes when she gave the tour and explained very well everything about complex.Unit looks clean and beautiful as showen pictures.I hope find soon as posible my place there🌹
