I did not have a good experience living in CamDor, mainly due to their inability to accommodate my needs of heating/cooling my unit. My heating/cooling unit stopped working mid-way through my lease, and nobody from either maintenance or the utility company were able to fix it. Thus, I spent a whole summer without AC, and a couple weeks in winter without heat. I was provided with a space heater for the winter (worked ok) and multiple old-school portable AC units in the summer, but these were extremely loud and inefficient. Thus, I couldn’t keep them on and go to sleep at night, or even hear the TV on a reasonable volume. I believe my unit was not the only unit with this problem, as I saw portable ACs in many other units. I would like to add, the front desk is very responsive, and they work

Been living at Cambridge and Dorchester for a few months now. This place is a gem. Was stressed looking for an apartment as my previous lease was ending, and I'm super thankful I was able to find this one. Process to move in from start to finish is extremely straightforward and stress-free. Key takeaways so far: Quiet/peaceful, nice neighbors, Cassie & company are everything you'd hope for in management, maintenance is great and responsive (shoutout John), affordable pricing, great WiFi (I WFH and have great connection all day), close to downtown, safe area, and great square footage in the units. If you've come across this apt you've lucked out, seriously. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

My partner and I recently moved into the Cambridge apartments and it has been great! The property management team, specifically Cassandra and Laura, have been nothing but welcoming and helpful. They really have their stuff together, and have helped us move through questions and concerns with ease, providing same day answers with a hands on approach. Coming from a place where our property management team was extremely difficult, working with this team has felt like a breath of fresh air. The area feels like a nice, small community and we are very excited to continue living here!!

I moved up her earlier this year from Georgia. The management was very friendly, very easy to deal with and made my experience renting very positive. The apartments have quite a few amenities and are very convenient to Boise, great neighbors, and overall a pleasant and agreeable place to live. I’d highly recommend it to anybody.

The Dorchester complex is wonderful. Neighbors are quiet and polite. The grounds are well taken care of and there is a nice courtyard to walk my dog. The complex is super close to the municipal park/green belt and a 20 minute walk to center downtown. Management and maintenance staff are very friendly, communicative, and FAST. They answered all my questions immediately and were patient to explain things when I needed clarification. When I put in a maintenance request they worked around my schedule, preferences, and pets, getting a broken appliance replaced within a day. So far it has been a great experience compared to other apartments and I’m very happy to have chosen this complex.
