Cambridge Villas

I have enjoyed renting at Cambridge Villas. The apartment is set up more as a townhouse with your own front door from the street and attached garage. Our unit was completely renovated before we moved in which makes it feel new, open, and light. There is plenty of storage space with lots of cabinets and closets in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. The units are pretty quiet and the community is friendly and clean. If your looking to rent near west dodge street, I would highly recommend Cambridge Villas.

Only been here a month but I have loved every minute of it! I have an amazing patio with tons of trees in the back, a train even comes through here but honestly it’s not loud just like a vibration. My kitchen is huge with tons of storage space. Everyone who has come over has mentioned how amazing it is and that it feels like a home, they always mention my amazing “yard” too! The ladies in the leasing office are so nice and easy to talk to, after coming from such a poorly managed apartment complex this place is a breath of fresh air.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this apartment complex. Unfortunately, they failed me not once, but twice. The first issue was when I had an appointment to tour a unit. I arrived to find out that the resident was sick, and I wasn't informed ahead of time, so I was unable to see the unit. It would have been common courtesy to give me a heads-up, but instead, I wasted my time showing up for an appointment that wasn't going to happen. The second issue was even worse. I had been told I would get first priority for that specific unit, yet someone else applied online before I even had a chance to see it. I never received any notification that an application was submitted, even though I had an appointment scheduled and was promised priority. The lack of communication and organiza

I had an appointment to tour a villa scheduled on Saturday at 11 am and ended up waiting in the parking lot for an hour-no one ever showed up. I watched several other people try to access the leasing office without success, and they eventually left as well. If I had liked the villa, I would have signed a lease, but this experience was incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

Lack of communication from the onset on the "premium" charge so ended up not renting after putting down a deposit. Took 4 weeks to receive my deposit back after countless calls, messages and conversations. Not once did anyone from the office call me back, or when we did speak call me back on a status update as they promised they would. I called the office 2x a week for 4 weeks, not once was there initiative or follow through on their end. Nightmare.
