Cambridge Village Condos

Lived in Cambridge Village condos for 3 years and I can say that it was horrible. Apartments here feel like they have been unmaintained for a while and throughout my stay, the rent price has steady increased. The biggest problem would be the constant bugs and cockroaches that would appear at night. EVERY-TIME I turn on the kitchen light during the summer at night, bugs would scatter and run away. The worst part was just before I moved out and I saw a couple of rats running around late at night. My parents even once found a dead mouse after we got home from vacation. Horrible place and horribly managed. I believe we should get some compensation for having to deal with this bug infestation by ourselves.

To help others avoid the mistake I made, please look out for the following if you are interested in renting at Cambridge Village Apartments... -Look for foam sealant around heating and plumbing pipes and maybe more if there's holes and openings where pests may have come in from. -Look for roach droppings which look like coffee grinds along the floors, on countertops, in cabinets, bathroom sink, tub, and window-sill. -Look for grease/filth in the kitchen - any food residue that would attract roaches -Look in the cabinet under the kitchen and bathroom sink thoroughly. -Look for white powder/boric acid used in an attempt to control a cockroach issue. -Open every cabinet and check for droppings and/or egg sacks. -Notice for the smell of heavy musty oiliness in the air. BEWARE OF CROOKED TOWING COMPANY CONTRACT WITH PROPERTY MANAGER!!! I was towed from a parking space I payed for. When I confronted the property manager, Progressive Building Management Co, they contacted the towing company, which they've contracted. The response, "I got $30 off" ...of a $180 towing fee. RIDICULOUS

So it's the towing company's fault that your landlord forgot to give you a parking permit??? That's pretty ignorant of you...
