Cambridge Square Apartments

Honestly, I read a bunch of these negative reviews and whoever is writing them is clearly high on ketamine. I lived here an entire year and never had any problems with peoples’ pets, maintenance responded to any request I put in within 24 hours, staff is really chill and helpful, areas are kept clean, and their are routine events around. I lived on the top floor so never heard any stomping, but also never heard any of my neighbors through the walls. The only complaint I have is that I once asked if I could catch a ride in the golf cart because I’ve always wanted to be cool, but they weren’t allowed to for insurance purposes :( (which is totally fair) Idk I tried really hard to think of some downsides to living here, and the only real “””“bad”””” thing would be the location being near most

I love living here. Amber is amazing, and was so helpful to me from day one. Maintenance responds within 24 hours usually, and the property always looks nice and well taken care of. I don’t understand the negative reviews, as I’ve never experienced any of those things and staff is always extremely nice. There are some officers that patrol periodically throughout the day/night, which makes me feel safer (in addition to the awesome building security). Also, there are so many amenities within the community, along with cute events and activities always happening! This is the first apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and don’t think I’ll leave anytime soon!

I have lived here for 4 years the maintained department is outstanding an super quick to respond, the manager is always available an super nice He works hard to maintain a beautiful atmosphere....I highly recommend moving here!!!

The apartments themselves are nice . Maintenance does an awesome job keeping everything cleaned and the grounds are well maintained. I do have several issues about living here. Parking can sometimes be a challenge. I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor does from washing clothes turning on the garbage disposal walking across the floor turning on the blender flushing the toilet opening and closing the balcony doors. I could go on and on. So if you want peace and quiet living this is not the place for you. This is definitely not my forever home and I can't wait for my lease to be up.

My wife and I moved here in January, 2022 and we love living here. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The Maintence staff have always completed the very few and minor issues we had in a prompt manner.The office staff are very informative friendly and helpful . The apartment was nicer then we expected and the grounds are well kept. We love the outdoors so we spend a lot of time outside, ( especially enjoy the pool area). Nice people , pet friendly I would highly recommend living here.
