This place seemed great, at first. They make you renew your lease 8 months in advance, and on MULTIPLE occasions the property manager has entered our home with less than a couple hours notice, as opposed to the legal 24 hours notice. If you move here, prepare to wake up at 6am every weekday, due to the loud and unnecessary "maintanance." (I've seen them cut the same area of grass only three days after the original mowing.) the last straw for me is when I, a female young professional in her mid-20s, awoke in the morning to find a man on a ladder at my window- the complex gave us NO notice that a painting crew would be over in this day. The office gave little apology. Additionally, we have had inabriated students wander in to our home on the few occasions we haven't deadbolted the door, look
