Very nice and cozy place to stay, very quiet! Nick on the maintenance team is wonderful, quick to respond to work orders, and very respectful and pleasent to deal with! Everyone in the office is such a ray of sunshine! If you work with them, they will work wonders for you! Thanks Cambridge Park apartments for the opportunity!!

Nick T. is our maintenance person. He always goes above and beyond what he has to do. Being handicapped he helped me with packages and some handicap equipment when I first moved in. However he always goes a few steps further and makes sure you’re taken care of. He makes you believe people are still good. He is a real pleasure to have on staff here!! I’m very thankful for Nick!!!

i've lived here for over a year now and i truly love it! they worked with me on my price range and i have a beautiful apartment. it's always very quiet and maintenance is quick to respond if i have a request. i took my dog to the "doggy dip" event today at the pool and he loved it ❤️

While the location is nice, this is all I can report for positives... I was here for 1 year and this was my experience: The office often is closed or has reduced hours multiple times a week, the office has constant turn-over of staff so no one communicates well with you, the pool is never fully clean, maintenance takes at least a month to get to you even when you call the emergency maintenance line, and maintenance will use your place as their own and never cleans up their work mess. I found 10 screws on my floor after I stepped on the first one, found dusty/muddy boot prints on my floor and rugs, and found all their food trash overflowing out of my trashcan. Overall left a poor impression with me when compared to my other experiences.

Pros: Outstanding location Surrounding neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Close to bus stops if you need that. Very responsive to maintenance requests Personable office staff. (Really miss Cameron! She made me feel welcome and a valued tenant.) Generally, the grounds are clean and people pick up after their dogs. Not an overwhelming number of dogs. My apartment is a recent renovation and is very nice with plenty of closet and cupboard space for a 1 bedroom. Plenty of parking. Friendly mail guy. Cons: Too many tenants with cars that have loud mufflers. It would be considerate if they would start them and leave. (For this reason, I would not rent again here at the amount I am paying.)
