For anyone looking to move in here or renew their lease here, please look at only the reviews within the past year; these apartments were previously run by a wonderful management team and was transferred to a different person who has only been a headache for the vast majority of tenants. Personally, I have only seen people leave since the ownership switch. With that said, I am not someone who opts to leave reviews anywhere, and these are the things in a bullet-pointed list to cover just some of the reasons why I have chosen to do so this time: - The manager of the apartment complex is rude and consistently breaks lease policies and/or makes changes to the apartments that are specifically targeted to hurt your pockets and cause frustration. Great community living ... the complex is clean and feels safe and secure. Management is super friendly, warm and welcoming. I have zero issues with my neighbors and I trust the tenants here to look out for me as well as one another. I highly recommend. Laura is the best of the best.

I pay almost $1200/month for a 2 br, 2 bath with utilities… and that feels like way too much. The complex itself is well-lit, especially at night, which makes me feel completely safe. It’s quiet during the day, there isn’t a lot of drama or nosy neighbors, and I trust the people around me not to steal my packages which is also nice. The pool is cleaned weekly, too, so it’s always in great shape. The reasons for leaving off two stars: I signed a lease for an updated unit, then the day I move in (aka while I’m mid-flight from WA to here), an “emergency” happens and I have to switch units. I will like to talk to the real owners and not a rude management who says he’s the owner just because I am a women they have the right to treat me like I am nothing . I am U.S citizen and I have study to have the right to treat me like that . Should put the owner owner info to have someone to complain about management

Absolutely love the changes you’ve made to this little gem nestled in little old groves. I’ve been a home owner in the area for nearly 10 years and I can remember a time when I warned potential renters about the place. I’m proud of all the recent changes in management, staff and the all around upkeep of the property.
