I have been a resident at a property managed by CHR for three years and they have been absolutely amazing! I specifically want to mention the efficient and thorough maintenance services. If my roommates and I ever have a maintenance request, CHR is very quick to respond. Di’Andre Shoulder-Williams has helped us with any issues that have come up and made living in our apartment stress free. He never fails to stop by and help us out even if we just forgot to plug in the dish disposal. I’m very thankful for the friendly and excellent members of the CHR team!
Overall a great building with a very convenient location near the redline. The management and maintenance staff are efficient and friendly; I'll give a specific mention to Di'Andre for always being respectful when performing maintenance
