Cambridge Cove and Kathleen Pointe Apartment Homes

I was able to walk in and see an apartment I saw on their website, a 4/3 for $1445. Blanca offered to show me an apartment on the spot. After I told her I would like to apply, she gave me the information on how to apply. I went home to apply but had technical difficulties due to their website so I went to the location again to inform them of the issue and Blanca got it handled right away. I finished the application, and Blanca called me to let me know I was approved but conditionally. Meaning I would have to pay a higher deposit. I was ok with that. I asked when and where do I pay the fees. She said I had to wait for my application came back. I asked for more clarification because she had just told me I was approved. She tells me they have to write up the paperwork with my move in date. I

The office staff is amazing! Our apartment was in great condition and well worth the money. The flex option for splitting the rent into 2 payments is an awesome feature, and it really helps when budgeting the monthly expenses.

Beautiful apartments, kind staff Blanca was very welcoming & attentive. Clean & so many services offered So happy to have moved in & would definitely recommend to a friend!

Poor customer service they don't care about the residents or the repairs that need to be done all they care about is money I have been to the office several times about repairs that need to be done to my unit nothing has been done yet Rich folks that keep on getting rich on being a slumlord don't want to maintain their properties or their units

They came in a timely manner and fixed the issue fast. He came in did his job and left... Greatly appreciated.
