if I can give this place a zero. I would. I lived in these apartments for 7 years (2018-2025) First couple years were fine. But the last two were absolutely horrible that I decided to leave. For the seven years I lived there, I was unable to use the pool. I understand the shut down during Covid, but besides that -the complex shouldn’t be advertising amenities that it does not have. The “gated community” is non existent. For the majority of the time I lived here, the gates were broken. My windshield wipers were stolen, my car was broken into, and after 7 years of parking in my car port, that I paid for- my car was towed- from my carport. Worst place we’ve ever lived. The neighbors are loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate. People are always blasting loud music in these apartments and in the parking lot, all day and night. We can never sleep well or relax on the weekends because people are up and blasting music, yelling at each other, having parties and being generally very loud early mornings. The management does nothing but tell us to call “courtesy patrol”, and they don’t come in the day! So we have to always hear people blasting music, yelling, partying and fighting. The walls are thin and we can hear neighbors through the walls all day and night. There is always cockroach infestations and disgusting laundry rooms. Literally stressed out living here. The neighbors are so loud, they talk SO loud at night when I’m trying to sleep and can hear EVERYTHING. They basically yell when they’re having conversations, and have zero awareness of their surroundings or actions, it’s so annoying and I can’t even have my windows open because I can hear people all the time being so loud at night. People will literally have their phones on blast while standing next to your bedroom windows. People are CONSTANTLY blaring loud music ALL DAY long in the apartments and in the parking lots. Horrible people live here, I DO NOT recommend living here. The noise pollution is making me go insane and the management does NOTHING about it, they don’t make notifications or post signs by the apartments. Like hello people LIVE here and

Seen online images so I decided to go in person for a tour. Looked nothing how it did in the pictures walked in the apartment and you were able to see right away that it was dirty. We also seen dead cockroaches around the apartment. Do a tour before lease! Place it’s dirty. Hole Behind the stove

As a current resident I can say, the complex is unkept, infested, and dangerous. Management is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. But you’ll never see managements face as they hide out in the locked leasing office. They have an abundance of hidden charges and are not transparent. When inquiring about said hidden fees, you will be intimidated until you no longer ask questions. The park looks nice in pictures but the one you see when you show up is unkept and broken The pools look nice as well. Too bad they’re never open. I can go on and on. If you’re thinking of leasing an apartment here PLEASE RETHINK IT. Management plays with tenants livelihood too much.
