I've had a pretty good experience living here for the last 2 years! It has its perks and it's hiccups, but overall pretty nice experience. 8/10 ⭐ Sometimes neighbors can be loud, but for the most part everyone keeps to themselves. I've had a couple run ins with tenants while taking out garbage and they've always been kind. If there's ever a public disturbance or any conflict, I just let Bobbi know and she takes care of it. Really takes the load off my shoulders to have a landlord who takes care of business when needed!! It's always annoying how some tenants let their dogs make messes in the courtyard, so emails get a little repetitive to us pet free tenants. Eh. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE! Upon moving in we discovered many issues gross stains on the blinds and behind the toilet, dirty walls, uncleaned cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, mold in the shower and vents FULL of mouse droppings and trash. Management couldn’t care less about the state of the property or apartments, there is garbage EVERYWHERE. Service requests will go unresolved whether it’s bugs or electrical. The amount you pay per month you’d expect much more and ALOT more upkeep with the common areas/ laundry facilities. There is poop and trash everywhere all the time. Parking is a joke and you will pay a fee to park and still worry about getting your car booted and then pay to remove the boot. Any poor soul living on the bottom floor will have the feeling of being in an enclosure whenever

We lived here for 7 months and had so many issues. I'll start with in unit, our apartment had extremely outdated and some broken appliances; our fridge had all broken door shelves, microwave leaked black crap on the counters. Our carpet turned our feet black (We did not get to see the unit until after the lease was signed because their Facebook ad had an error) When we asked them to fix it, we got the excuse that it was left over from student housing so they would do nothing. Washers and dryers ruin your clothes, the "clubhouse" slash "gym" is the old pool area and they threw a TV in there and all broken gym equipment. I would highly advise not living here if you can help it. It used to be okay back when we had on site managers but the management situation has been terrible. It is basically impossible to get in contact with them for any reason. It's seriously not worth 1300 a month. Lots of things in my apartment have been broken and gone unfixed. Our dishwasher has brown water in it, one of our sinks leaks, the toilet is leaky, one of the bathroom doors doesn't even have a lock on it... Talking to other people living here it doesn't get better. I was talking to someone the other day and there heater had a crack or leak in it somewhere and so they had a gas leak in their apartment. Me and my wife had so many issues while live here we were told to move in it was a move in special the apartment was garbage and had been trashed. We would reach out to talk to or get help and they would. Never get a response they don't communicate and now me and my wife are gone and they are trying to say we damager and already damaged apartment. Don't live here if you can avoid it. Price stars low but hy the time we left we were paying almost 1500 dolors for a garbage apartment that was falling apart
