Cambridge Court Apartments

Do not move to this apartment complex. They do not respond to any issues in a timely manner. After living there for years they would not return our security deposit or answer any emails regarding the return of our security deposit.

Lived here once during my childhood and came back for a second time as an adult and have been here for 2 years now. First thing I noticed when I came back was how the apartments look even better than before with the hardwood floors and all the updates. Everything is well maintained and office management (Patti) is always quick to be helpful and responsive if any questions arise and the maintenance here lead by Joe is very quick and efficient with downtime - but also just make you feel very welcomed with great conversation as you can find them out and about in the property daily. All this and being close to the highway for work, a great place to live.

I can't say enough about how much I loved it here. Perfect starter apt for my little family for 3 great years. Management changed and the economy forced prices to go up so I unfortunately had to go. Patti & Joe are a winning team...I never had a problem they wouldn't address. They always treated me with respect and I sincerely will miss them. Only negative I experienced was there were some Kia vandalism incidents but that's happening everywhere in Cleveland, unfortunately. Use your garage and you're good to go. Loved my neighbors; only had problems with one because of their negligent pet care. But you can't pick your neighbors and one apple doesn't spoil the bunch. The community is great long as the residents continue to respect it.

—This apt service is not good —If you have any problems then nobody taking action about it — whoever the manager here they don’t care about anything — also they don’t available in office too — they don’t answer by calls — they don’t answer by email too — and also the maintenance service is not good. It’s too bad. — I need help about my dryer, but I called lots of times I sent the emails But they not answering me — it’s too bad service here
