The duplex I've lived in for over 6 yrs was recently sold and Cambiar is our new property management company. I put in my first maintenace request for a shower that the previous landlord had left broken for almost half a year. I literally received a call the next morning from the Tech who said he was on his way. Not only did he quickly fix my shower, he fixed many other issues that the previous owner refused to fix. He was friendly, fast and professional. I highly recommend this company. They've been very understanding of my situation as well. I don't know I think I'm just in shock at how fast they sent someone out. I'm totally not use to this.

Company lacks communication. Poor handling of maintenance. Would not recommend. If looking to preserve the house while being rented, I would look into different options. --------- First of all, why is the assumption that he is my friend? The gardener had worked for other people I know and that is the connection. Assuming that he is my friend is even racist. I even had to do your job of finding someone to do a gardening job. Second of all, that was not the major issue. It was again, lack of communication and poor handling of the house (the way I found the house was completely unacceptable). And people need to know this. So overall, we had a fine experience with this rental company. When someone was broken that needed immediate fixing, they came in right away to fix it. Our heater broke several times, and they were there to fix it ASAP. The fan in our nursery wasn't working (I was still pregnant and baby wasn't going to be sleeping in there for a while) but they rushed over to fix it, which was great. The only problem we had was that the house was...weird. Clearly they didn't do much to fix it up beyond new carpet and paint, but the people who lived there previously (we think they were foreclosed on) cut the cords for all their outdoor lighting, but the company just left those behind, despite the fact that they were useless. Cambiar Real Estate and Tim have been great. They're quick to fix a problem if one ever arises, communication is always solid and Tim always gives pleasurable customer service. I love the online system they have. It allows me to put in work requests or pay my rent online. Very professional property management company and deserving of 5 stars.

This company is very reliable and we love the place has been renting out from them now. Especially, the owner Tim is wonderful to work with. One of the best things about living here has definitely been how quick management is to fix something that is a problem. If we ever needed something fixed(which is rare), it would be done soon. We don't have any major issues with this house itself. We honestly cannot think of a bad thing to say about this place and this company. Highly recommended.
