From the people who answer the phone to the closing agent and everyone in between, what a top notch company! Specifically, Melinda went above and beyond the call of duty with the patience of a saint. First, believe me when I say that I did my homework and their prices are the most reasonable to be found. Some places quoted nearly double. Next, they are thorough, attentive and honest. I have completed two transactions with them and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat (even if you live out of town) because you can trust them. The closing itself was a mission. We had to do an online notary closing. Don't count on any help from them. (Our customers that have used RON have set up the appointment themselves So they can work around their schedule.) Thats the rersponse given knowing the client was in Colombia and had no clue how this works. Fortunately the tiltle company I normally use in Miami was nice enough to explain the process to me and refer me to a company "The closing signing service" They were able to facilitate the ROM closing. Even the fee for them was an issue having Caloosa add to Hud1. Finally when it was time to cut my commission check. I waited a week and was told the bookeeper had an emergency and was out the office. Caloosa Title! A day late and a dollar short. Actually $3. short, but I caught it and made them correct it for my buyers. They blew the closing date but didn't re-prorate taxes, wanting my buyers to pay for a day of taxes when they didn't own the home yet. $3.? It's the principle of the thing. Do your job! Do it right, and do it on time! This was a cash closing with 6 weeks to get it done, but they just couldn't do it. Blamed sellers lender, but weren't willing to provide time stamped request for payoff to prove they sent it with sufficient notice. Waited until 4:30 pm of the day before closing to let everyone know that they would not close tomorrow morning on time. incompetent, slow and not proactive. With so many title companies to choose from in Florida, how they remain viable is beyon
