Caloosa Title! A day late and a dollar short. Actually $3. short, but I caught it and made them correct it for my buyers. They blew the closing date but didn't re-prorate taxes, wanting my buyers to pay for a day of taxes when they didn't own the home yet. $3.? It's the principle of the thing. Do your job!
