Calloway Row Apartments

Terrible experience with the leasing agent. Calloway Row is under new management, Winn Properties to be specific, and the application process couldn't be more excruciating. The woman handling my family's application, Darcell Gholson, was very unprofessional. I had a 3:00 PM appointment with her to certify for a townhouse, only to wait an additional 30 minutes because she was still dealing with someone else before me. In my experience, this was a sure sign of worse things to come. It is also my experience that if I had been even 5 minutes late for said appointment, the woman would had canceled and made me reschedule. Anyways, I overlooked the drag on the appointment and when it was time to do the application, she wasn't at all transparent about the process. Mind you, I had lived here on th
