California Villages in West Covina Apartments

I moved in a few months ago and I'm so glad that I didn't go anywhere else. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The area/landscaping is very well maintained. Also, the apartments are very nicely maintained and updated. The layout is just great. I love the spacious living room, the big windows (a lot of light comes in and make the place open, so you can breath) and the huge balconies/yards. The most important feature is that I feel really safe in the area. Neighbors are friendly. It has a very high 'home' feeling.

I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years and I love it here. Ms. Bertha is kind, nice, and professional, she treats everyone fairly. She will address any concerns and explain everything to you clearly. Ms. Bertha makes sure the property is well kept and the units too. They are great about making sure everything is up to part always. With the leading of Ms. Bertha, the staff is nice and always professional. She is a GREAT! manger and that makes all the difference. I could not ask for a better property manager she is the right person for the job and she goes above and beyond!! Due to how she manages the property my children and I feel comfortable and safe! Thank you Ms. Bertha for all you do!

Was looking for a safe clean place for my daughter, who is attending college in the area. This grounds, so far seems to be clean and very well kept up. The 1 bdrm unit is spacious, but a bit pricey. The property manager, Bertha, and her leasing staff have been professional and helpful, thus far. I had a few issues, but Bertha did her best to rectify or find solutions for. The complex is quiet and made up of a diverse community that includes individuals and families. It is a 10-15 minute drive from the college and near lots of places to eat and shop.

California Villages in West Covina like many communities has its pros and cons. It's a friendly, gated community that is convenient to the freeways and lots of fun activities. Staff is responsive and helpful and maintenance is always ready to fix anything you need help with. The only issues we have ever had is that the staff is a revolving door. We have to learn who is in the office every 6 months. Because of this, the quality of residents has gone down. When we moved in there was a long time manager who was more strict with who could live here. It seems more people are being asked not to renew because of complaints now. So be warned if you are loud, like to party, or just don't believe rules apply to you. The rules do apply and California Villages West Covina is enforcing them. Most o

I don’t recommend this place! Unless you have no choice. There’s no security what so ever! not a single camera any where! Cars get stolen, windows break. Laundry room is unsafe! Your clothes and baskets get stolen. Outside people come inside charge their ph. Sleep and change their clothes in it. My ac unit those not work Appropriately since last year. Although they did send and expert on it. He diagnosis the problem but it’s been over a year…. and nothing. Management it’s awful!!! The girl in the office is nice with you before closing contract after…. They hire a decent and caring person. But he’s no linger there. Go figure!
