I have been renting from this company for 5 months and it’s been an awful place. It’s dirty . Theres to couches when you walk in . One is old and ripped and the other has bugs crawling on it . When you try to call the office no one answers or calls you back. Don’t waste your time to renting from this company.

I had a tough time contacting someone but once I did, the issue explained to my satisfaction. There seems to be too much reliance on chatbots for both voice and text messages that are extremely frustrating but this company isn't the only ones doing it. Thank you for your time and patience, Jared.

I applied for a unit for a short term lease . They agreed and gave the registration fees and $500 deposit. Then they retracted the agreement and have not yet returned my 540$. I have called umpeen number of times and no one is even picking the phone. I hope the owners see this and respond to me. Update: Thank you so much. Update2 : The check was hand delivered today itself. So kind of you. I take my harsh review back. i am sure there must have been some confusion about the lease agreement.

Seriously renters beware of these people! Totally unprofessional and Unknowledgeable gave them my 20 day notice to vacate (as per law in Washington state) and received a response from one of there agents on the matter and moved out on the 18th of February now they’ve sold the building to a new property management company but never put in there system my notice to vacate so I now have to jump through hoops to get my security deposit back just don’t rent from them you will regret it seriously how do you forget about a notice to vacate!?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Really Really disappointed in this company!! I wasted $40 on an application fee for an apartment :( They had one price listed for rent, and then AFTER I shelled out the money for the application, got a very unprofessional email from Isaiah (it was like ten words, and wasn't even formed of complete sentences) informing me that the rent was actually almost $200 more than actually listed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! PLEASE!
