I have been living here for a few years and the new management team is really good. I recently had a maintenance issue and the agent today(forgot her name) in the office has really helped me and is following through on the issues. Also the new facelift and paint job has made the complex look nice.

The new management team has been great. I can actually speak with the new manager Marisela and the staff unlike the last management staff no one was ever available to speak with me. I have been here 11 years and nothing was ever done until now. We have a brand new fitness center almost like an outside gym but close to home new landscaping we are getting a new pool buildings are getting painted. The office staff are very professional and always willing to help. I will definitely refer my friends and family now.

I really confused, there was very nice stuff and good management, now is very difficult to find the leasing office opened or to get answer to your phone call. Complex is very danger and they stopped the security officer. We are without hot water from the last week, they choose the worst weather to do maintenance and maintenance takes 2 weeks… They think we are prisoners not residents. Update 01/27/2022 We stopped submitting maintenance request even if we have issue because they take more than 2 weeks to come, but they started to make issues themselves as the don’t have professional maintenance staff, we started to get hot water through cold water taps. I would NOT recommend leasing here. On January 5, 2026, I went to look at the complex as a possible resident. While being shown an apartment by the leasing agent, the couple that was with us reviewing apartments as well, started asking questions about additional charges, utility charges, etc.. etc. When the leasing agent started explaining other charges she stated: Pest Control/Trash/Sewage - $35.00 Water - Fluctuate Renter's Insurance - $15.00 These are charges are on top of the Rent for the apartment. But what was a Red Flag is when I asked, what is the average cost of water for a one bedroom apartment vs a two bedroom apartment. She could not explain, instead the leasing agent put the blame on the city stating, it depends on how much the city charges for the water. When I asked how

Been here for almost a year and I've received nothing but great service, the leasing team is extremely understanding and will help in any way! Not one bad experience. If you are looking for a new home I 10/10 recommend, great area in Houston. Apartments are also very spacious.
