Calallen Apartments

Out of the 5 apartments I have live in for the past decade, this one has been my favorite!! The cheapest, the nicest and the cleanest so far. The apartment manager Sandra has been nothing but kind and engaging when it comes to the complex; any issues have been addressed in a timely manner, and concerns are treated seriously. The gentleman that does maintenance for the complex always makes sure things are running and fixed properly before leaving. There also have power washing and insect spraying which are free for the tenant, and are not added as a hidden fee for the months rent. As someone who has dealt with serious issues at other apartments (which led to a very high electric bill) being pushed to the side for MONTHS, hidden fees, and trash piled in front of apartment buildings for days

Please do NOT confuse the unit you are shown to the unit you are assigned to live in. TO LIVE IN!!!! This is a pretty rotten thing to do to a family! Please trust me. I made that mistake. I was shown a very nice unit. However, when I was given the keys to our assigned living unit, I quickly realized that I didn’t have half of the things they originally showed me. BTW, the pictures that they had posted on their website did not match the unit my family was assigned to live in. (Pictures will be added tomorrow so you can compare what I was shown and the unit they assigned my family to live in.). Speaking about their online site, the water is NOT paid for. Excellent all around. This place is absolutely amazing. I am so grateful to call this place home. Super fast maintenence services. Rent& amenities are reasonable and way better than expected. Sandra is the best property manager I've had in many years!!!! I feel safe. It is quiet, I love the location. It's convenient, but not crowded. Customer service is A+. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Would give negative stars if possible. Absolutely trash management. No one is ever at the office and they never pick up the phones. Went without AC for a whole week almost 2 because we couldn't get ahold of anyone to send someone out to fix it, still haven't sent someone to check out our plumbing...and they told us that a certain area was designated guest parking but had our guests car towed anyways even tho they parked exactly where they told us to. HORRIBLE place ran by even worse people

When calling to inquire this property, The woman who answered the phone was outrageously rude and unkind for the first moments of the phone call. Every time I would ask a question she would cut me off and continue to say- all we are worried about is whether or not you qualify. Insisting that my daughter and I not exceed 30,000 a year. She didn’t care to share any information I was calling for and was just all around a viciously rude individual. I wanted to know amenities, descriptions and floor plans, long before I want to come in and fill out your paperwork! As the face of that property don’t you feel as though you should be overly informative, kind and inviting? Whoever hired this woman doesn’t know how to judge a persons characteristics & doesn’t value their company/property.
