She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and helped us through a unique situation where we went under contract on a new construction home prior to completion. Working with Becky (and Missy too) was one of the best decisions we ever made. To say they went way above and beyond for us would be understatement. Becky worked her magic to get us a winning bid for a lot less than what we were expecting to pay. But she did not stop there. Following inspection, she got us seller concessions which ultimately reduced the purchase price of the home.
