Cadence Apartments

Being new to the Portland area, Cadence was a great find! Walking distance to Moda Center and a bar/food trucks right next door. The community and the staff (especially) were more than I could have expected. The amenities are excellent! From the gym space, roof top and courtyard there are plenty of spaces to enjoy. 10/10 would recommend!

It's a good place to live. The last six months has been a vast improvement. The new team have made a lot of improvements and updates and maintenance are happening regularly. When things go down they do have a decent response time. The lease renewal process is a fairly easy process. Prices do go up every year so keep that in mind. But overall been here two years and the newer team has been pretty good.

Cadence Apartments is a fantastic place to live. Awesome amenities. Gym, trash service, courtyard and a rooftop patio with amazing views of the city. Great surrounding neighborhood with many restaurants and activities. Centrally located and very close to downtown. Super friendly and helpful property managers. I have had nothing but the best experience. I would highly recommend Cadence Aprtments for a comfortable place to live if you are looking to relocate or move to the Portland area.

(Edited) I have been here a little less than two months and i absolutely do not recommend this apartment. First off, I was told if I don’t end up paying the 200$ a month for a parking spot in the garage, I will get a pass to park on the street. But come to find out, I have to be put in a list to be able to get that pass so now every single day I’m risking getting tickets just to park near the apartment, which I have already gotten one. Second, the first few days I moved in I seen someone getting their car window fixed literally right outside the front doors but I brushed it off. Then I had a friend stop by and we grabbed dinner and when we came back, we found her car had been broken into, her belongings stolen and when we called 911 they said it “wasn’t an emergency and had to fill out pap

I needed to find a new apartment, and doesn't have a lot of time to do it. I looked at about six apartment, and was getting frustrated until I found The Cadence. I loved it when I saw the floorplans, and all the amenities I needed. The leasing office was super helpful,and assisted me through the process. I feel much safer here than my last place,and love that it's so close to downtown and shopping.The only downside is the on site parking costs are comparable to all the other apartments I checked, but too much for my budget. I try to be friendly to some of the other tenants with mixed reactions,,but mostly they don't want to be either social or bothered. I like it here a lot and look forward to calling it home
