We moved to Cade Apartments in November, 2025. One thing that first caught our attention was the green grass and the feel of a park-like setting. Although it feels a bit rural, there are several grocery options and, of course, a Starbucks and Trader Joe's a short distance away. From our first meeting, the staff has been very responsive and the maintenance team excellent. The level of service has been more than we anticipated. We are very pleased to be living at Cade.

I would never move back here. After one year we had enough and moved out. Our townhouse was not “upscale” at all. Countertops were not attached to the counters upon move in, showers walls were bulged out, mold was an issue in each bathroom. Shower heads had really high pressure and in turn hot water ran out fast. The stairs depth were really short and annoying to walk up and down. We had issues with neighbors drinking and smoking at the pool. They encouraged their kids to “just go pee” in the pool (I’m pretty sure they did it too since not once in 3 hours did they go to the bathroom but they sure did consume a lot of their adult beverages). Not sure how nothing was caught on camera since the camera lights were constantly turning on. Worst of all it was impossible to express any issues w

I am making this review even though my wife had to deal with the office staff way more than I. She was so exhausted when we moved in April that she just wanted to forget about the existence of this place. We moved into a townhouse when the private owners owned this place. Terry fixed any and everything within 2 hours of us letting them know that something needed to be fixed. The front office lady (Lurena?) was upfront about everything, kind and most of all competent. Everything changed around November 14, 2024. Instead of a nice welcome letter…we all got notices to up our homeowner insurance to 300,000 or they would tack it on to your rent. Being the ever compliant person that my wife is..she up and hurried to our insurance company that we use to get a binder for the front office.

I had to wait over a month for my maintence request to be taken care of. I had to stay on them and make sure that I could get them to come in to do the work order. Communication with Cade via phone is near impossible to speak to a person on the phone. I had to actually consistently go into to the office to ask for updates. They do not return calls or texts. The property itself is a great property and beautiful its just the lack of communication with tenants.

It’s fine as a starter place till you find something else. The location is fantastic but management and maintenance are very slow if they get back to you. I’ve used the amenities twice in the last 7 months since they have been broken and now in a rebuild, people rummage through the dumpsters at all hours of the night and neighbors reporting car burglaries (opt for the garage). Community shared bills are the same price as my single unit (All of the lights are on in all of the empty units) Not to mention theirs electrical issues throughout to give it that Stranger Things feel when you’re trying to get into your apartment at night. My unit was missing window screens so they brought me used ones with holes, the cover for my non operational oven fan was replaced with an old painted one after be
