Recently, we used Chuck to buy a home in Old forge. We found him to be super knowledgable about the area, about construction, and very patient. I am convinced that if we wanted to look at 100 houses, Chuck would have done so with out complaint and would have enjoyed it. He was also very good about helping to keep emotion out of the negotiations. Focusing on the numbers that we agreed to in advance.
