Unprofessional, unorganized, and unfriendly. Promised to accommodate customer’s schedule and refused to do so at the last minute. Failed to provide a concrete project starting date, instead asking customer to block out for 4 months and telling customer that the company will “tentatively” start the remodeling project within those 4 months! Absolutely no regard to customer’s needs. Not sure how they stay in business the way they treat potential customers.
