I’ve had 3 homes built over the years and my C&M home experience was by FAR the best of them ALL. From the design meeting all the way to final walkthrough, they were patient with a few change orders and very personable to deal with. Any issues/concerns were promptly resolved. I have had nothing but trouble with them fixing the issues with my doors. Every single door in my house has issues. I bought my house brand new in Governor's Grant here in Seaford. Very disappointing. If I ever buy another house, illI make sure they didn't build it.
