Thank you, CB Mattson, for providing such a clean, beautiful space for my aunt. She has been there nearly five years and still talks about how grateful she is to be there. Your staff is so friendly and professional and her apartment is perfect.

Terrible place to rent from. Maintenance was slow. Had a window get broken in winter and they took just over three months to fix it. Lived there almost four years. Took great care of the place and had everything cleaned from floor to ceiling. No scratches or holes in walls, no stains or burns on the carpet , and no smells left in the place but they still withheld the deposit and threatened to go to court over supposed damage and repairs needed. After bringing them the copies of the photos I took before leaving, along weigh pictures of how it looked before I moved in. They changed the dispute about owing damage but still kept the deposit. Have heard the same complaint from many others that nobody ever gets there security deposit returned.

Poor people to deal with. They take you for granted and lie to keep more of your security deposit where they deducted money for a cat which I never had and lies after lies they are greedy people and only care about the money that’s why they rip you off so you get less back from the deposit you give them in the beginning.

It’s crazy C B literally has an excuse for everything lol it’s like trying to discipline a child , my buddy rented from them and had his window broken in the winter due to ice build up not being properly taken care of they waited for ever to fix that window, I bet they’ll say something like “our service techs are trained professionals adhering to Maine state law” mhmmm yeah okay lol

Astonished at how horrific your maintenance team treats young women. Yelling insulting and berating a woman in front of children over a parking mistake made BY MAINTENANCE. We have photo proof of their lies. And then the maintenance supervisor attacked the young woman on the phone and acted extremely immature,claimimg " I WILL NOT TALK TO MY WORKERS ABOUT THEIR BEHAVIOR" Just because some of your tenants pay less doesn't mean they are lesser citizens and deserve to be treated as a lesser human. And this woman didnt even live there AND was parked in visitor parking. Maintenance watched her park walk inside then waited til she left to attack. Next time cops will be called for harassment.
