We are from California and really didn’t know much about Utah County. We did some initial homework and decided to look in the Elk Ridge, Salem area. That’s when we met Brian Parris. Brian was very familiar with Utah county and he helped us find a great location (a view lot) in the area. Other than coming to Utah to sign paperwork and select our home decor/options, we stayed in California during the entire build. Brian sent us weekly pictures of the home being built and help coordinate building options. In fact, we were in California until we had our home acceptance walk through. The entire building process went very well and we credit Brian for the smooth process. In the end there were no surprises, no broken promises and we love our home.
